This policy covers wahsol.com (the "Site"), operated by WAHSOL ("we," "us," or "our"). It explains what information we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It does not apply to any information a client shares with us directly under a separate signed engagement agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, through two forms on this Site:
- Growth Review requests — name, email, phone number, practice name, website URL, practice type, treatment focus, location, and details about your current marketing and goals.
- Contact messages — name, email, company or practice name, website, and your message.
If you start a Growth Review request and don't finish it, the information you already entered is saved so we can follow up — we don't require you to complete the form in one sitting to be reachable.
We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited, through server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and conduct a growth review or conversation, and — only if you've agreed to be contacted — follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This Site may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate — which pages are visited, how long, and similar patterns. This helps us improve the Site. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.
Submitting a form on this Site results in an internal notification email to our team so we can respond to you. We use standard email delivery infrastructure to send this notification and any follow-up correspondence.
Data retention
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and as required for our business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: tell you what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business use by dental practice owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
